Faith Refirement: The Calvary Young At Heart group invites you to join us in honoring all the veterans. November 13 at 1:00 PM in the Calvary Church Fellowship Hall. Lanae Strovers, daughter of John and Barb (Gritters) Van Gorp of Pella, has dedicated her life to compassionate service. She has been a licensed funeral director for over a decade. She is the founder of The Final Salute, a nonprofit organization committed to honoring and laying to rest the unclaimed cremated remains of civilians, children, and veterans. Through her leadership, The Final Salute has provided respectful services for over 80 civilians, 42 children, and 70 veterans and their spouses. Lanae’s work stands as a testament to the power of compassion, remembrance, and community. After Lanae's presentation there will be a time for questions. Also, please join them for refreshments and fellowship. (This will be in place of ReFirement’s November gathering.)
